In the driver rental and on-demand driving service industry, manual management systems, a lack of data storage, and inadequate information flow have long been issues. Relying on phone consultations with limited driver reviews often led to high customer drop-off rates, while poor route and payment control created opportunities for misuse.

Solution

To address those challenges, GOS was developed as a comprehensive platform that simplifies driver management and provides a data-driven approach to service delivery. GOS not only centralizes driver information but also enhances customer experience through better route management and payment control.

Tech Stack

All our backend services were hosted under a Kubernetes cluster to ensure security and scalability. We used MongoDB as the database and Kafka as our message queue. Regarding mobile apps, we used ReactNative to develop mobile applications for Android and iOS.
